Nach dem Match kam Spike Trivet in den Ring und wollte über seine möglichen Gegner sprechen. Er wurde aber vom NXT Deathmatch Rookie IWK unterbrochen, welcher es nicht verstehen konnte, warum er NXT im Tunier nicht repräsentieren durfte. Immerhin wäre er die perfekte Wahl gewesen. Er beleidigte Spike Trivet bis dieser spontan seinen Gürtel in einem Death Match aufs Spiel setzte.
